Road to Arthas: Chapter 3
In this installment we talk about Blizzard's track record with bugs, the new bosses of The Crimson Halls in ICC, and the poor economy on Anetheron.
Let Immortal Die
Ever been that one person that was the cause of failing an Immortal or Insanity run? The Immortal/Insanity achievements being used as the measuring tool of progression is a huge mistake on Blizzard's part. This design inevitably creates hatred/disappointment all aimed at one (or sometimes a few) individual(s). There are better ways to determine guild progression. And Blizzard has already used two other methods that didn't result in such catastrophe.
Observer Mode
Not only would this feature be useful and entertaining for raid leading purposes, but for anyone to be allowed to observe any player doing any activity within WoW. This has a countless number of uses. Whether you're teaching somebody how to beat Captain Skyshatter or simply just wanting to see how overpowered ret paladins really are.
Death of the Pure Class

Bring the player, not the class.
This was the overall direction they wanted to take World of Warcraft (at least in PvE) with Wrath of the Lich King. While all classes are different and that's what makes the game interesting, the motto, "Bring the player, not the class", was all too successful and the consequences are quickly evident. It's made hybrid classes "the thing to be" and left many pure classes (rogues, mages, hunters, warlocks) with the short end of the stick.
Riot Act 2
Hello and welcome to the new Riot Act website! Once you register on our forum, be sure to set up your character in your User Control Panel. It'll give you cool little icons and class-coloring around the site. If you're a Riot Act raider, your profile on the Raider Roster will be automagically updated with your character information.
Road to Arthas: Chapter 2
In this installment we look at the potential effects that long breaks from WoW can have on people, how missing a few weeks worth of raids can set you really far behind everyone else, Blizzard's nerfs to older dungeons, and the server migration of Riot Act to Anetheron.
Road to Arthas: Chapter 1
In this installment I talk about the success of the newly released Icecrown instances, show my annoyance at farming up Ashen Verdict rep, and take a closer look at the idea of transferring the guild to greener pastures.
