Raid info, scripted events, and DPS Warrior woes.
The in-game raid info is in need of an important feature, every scripted event needs a fast-forward option, and a couple of DPS Warrior abilities need to be looked at.
Suggested Raiding Changes
The in-game raid info needs more information!

For each raid that the player is saved to, display everyone who shares the same raid ID. A simple way to go about this would be to add a new window containing player names and their respective classes when you click the appropriate raid instance from the raid info tab.
Here's one example of why this would be so helpful:
Imagine doing a 25man PuG raid early in the week, but the run comes to a halt before you can see it to completion. You decide to try to pick up the run later during the week, but are having trouble recalling some of the key players from the original run. No one you ask can recall the one really reliable Holy Paladin, or the silent off-tank who kept the raid running so smoothly. But wait! You now have a list of names you can look at of everyone who attended the run.
Please enable a skip option to every scripted event in the game as you release it.
Allow those who have completed a scripted event once to skip to the final 5 seconds of the event when they do it again. The current method of skipping the event in Halls of Reflection, with the NPC having a second dialogue option, is the perfect way to go about this. Please release all future scripted encounters with a similar option, rather than patching it in months later, or never patching it in at all.

The Deathbringer Saurfang and Lich King starting events immediately come to mind. Honorable mention should go to CoT. Although the scripted event for this dungeon is getting fixed at some point, it has been the least enjoyable heroic in the game for the raiding population. It would be interesting to see just how many deserter debuffs this instance has been the cause of. The event was extremely cool the first time, but it begins to wear on you after the 30th time.
Suggested Warrior Changes
Why does Heroic Strike cause such high threat regardless of the Warrior's current stance?
Heroic Strike should only cause additional threat when in Defensive Stance. It's a primary ability used by DPS Warriors (only ignored in multiple target fights where Cleave is favored) and it makes little sense that they are the only DPS class plagued by a primary DPS ability that produces high threat.
Before it's brought up, Death and Decay doesn't really count. How often do you see a Death Knight drop Death and Decay on a single target fight? Let's also not forget just how ridiculous Subversion is for Death Knight threat reduction.
The new Icy Touch change being implemented for Death Knights that makes it so that Icy Touch causes a high amount of threat in Frost Presence is what should be done with Heroic Strike and Defensive Stance.
Stop the hate! Let your neighborhood DPS Warrior taunt in any stance.
You should be able to taunt in any stance as a Warrior. A Death Knight doesn't have to swap stances to taunt, nor does a Paladin have to do anything special, so why should a Warrior be significantly different?
The Deathbringer Saurfang encounter comes to mind as a good example of why the current mechanic is such an annoyance. As a Death Knight, I can taunt back a Blood Beast before it hits a ranged DPS without butchering my damage in the process, but the same can't be said for a DPS Warrior. Not only will they lose rage from switching stances, but the time it takes them to swap to defensive, taunt, and then swap back to berserker will hurt their damage even more.

In regards to the raid info tab:
It should also show you how many bosses (and which ones) are still active in the instance, and for ToGC and Icecrown, how many attempts are remaining.
This addition, and adding a list of saved people could also show if someone sniped the raid id (I’ve done this before). So you know who to report (shhh don’t tell on me).
If fury warriors can taunt in other stances, let me taunt in cat form. Thanks.

Regarding the raid info tab comments, I completely agree. The “trigger” for this write-up was because I was getting frustrated that I couldn’t remember who was all in the alt ICC10 run early in the week and I had to ask 2-3 people from the same run to figure out the full roster. It’s a situation that’s happened more than once, and to more people than just myself. Expanding the raid info tab would go a long way towards preventing certain frustrations.
I just wanted to point out a few Warrior flaws, but Casa’s right. Druids deserve equal treatment, and should be able to taunt in all forms as well.
As a tree druid, I really do not want a taunt.. haha. But the argument still works well for warriors and paladins, all cuddled up nicely in their plate armor :>
Don’t put it on your tree form bar Tray Tray :P
Hey man great guide!
