This is the highest DPS Tauren setup I am aware of.&lt;br /&gt;
Night elves can hit 14590 DPS according to EJ, the difference of 1% hit is 32.79 stat points, at 2.1586 DPS per point of haste, plus their racial +8 agility at 1.9223 DPS per point of agi, is 86.2 DPS&#8230; So this setup is likely higher DPS than any posted on EJ.&lt;br /&gt;
DPS on a typical &#8220;real&#8221; fight (300 +/&#45; 10% duration, various interruptions in DPS due to movement, stuns, etc): 12097&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;AoE sprint is kind of cool, mushrooms might be fun, the aoe bleed seems useless although I guess swipe will be affected by rend and tear, so thats a little more threat. Druids healing in caster form I think is nice. Will be good for 5man plow to 85, so will aoe sprint.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But overall? Pretty boring.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Haste Cap for 1 sec GCD. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
735 haste rating or 22.42% with 3/3 CF and full raid buffs.&lt;br /&gt;
856 haste rating or 26.09% without CF but full raid buffs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Right now the wishlist I have that does not include any heroic ICC gear, nor tribute cloak from togc. This is also under the assumption I&#8217;m aiming for 3/3 celestial focus in my build and under 800 haste.&lt;/p&gt;

The Royal Scepter from LK25 Heroic would actually be a higher upgrade due to the fact you could drop celestial focus, but this is more of a personal choice for me.&lt;/p&gt;
