I didn’t know this was an issue until just now, but new members must wait 1 hour before they can send a PM. For most sites this might be a reasonable feature but a lot of the people registering on ours are doing so specifically to apply… Is this really necessary to stop spam? Doesn’t the question about WoW do the job?

5. No seriously, you have 45 minutes left, add some more.
6. Okay that probably looks better now, go make a sandwich.
