The BiS list was used doing FULL Armor Penetration gemming to reach the hard cap from gear.  Now that the Lich King loot was discovered and the weapons from him were included, it was very easy to reach the ArP cap - in fact in order to be hit-capped it was necessary to replace 4 or 5 yellow gems with agi/hit gems, and even doing that the ArP cap was still achieved.  I also changed professions to BS/JC to maximize DPS. 

Some minor improvements or variations to this list may well be discovered, but I think any changes will be minor at this point unless Blizzard reitemizes items or makes other larger changes.
