When I upload a new forum avatar it ignores it and uses my old one =(

I think that happened to me when I changed mine. What I did to prevent this is I first removed my old one and make sure the setting was saved, then re-entered my user CP and uploaded the new one and it worked fine.

Also be sure you’re not missing an error message somewhere on there.
